Shipping costs

There is no minimum for shipping inside Türkiye; no shipping fee is charged whatever the cart total.

Preparation and delivery time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days inside Türkiye and 7–21 business days abroad. Preparation can take longer on public holidays and during busy campaign periods. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, delivery never exceeds 30 days from the order date.

Tracking

A tracking number is e-mailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can follow your shipment through the tracking link. If there is no movement in tracking for 3 business days, write to us and we will follow it up.

Checking for damage on delivery

We recommend checking the parcel while the courier is still there. If the parcel is torn, wet or crushed, do not accept it: have the courier draw up a damage report and let us know; we resend the item free of charge. If a damaged parcel is accepted without a report, our right to claim from the carrier may be limited.

Address and contact details

Enter your delivery address and phone number in full. Reshipping costs for parcels returned because of a wrong or incomplete address are payable by the customer.

Undeliverable parcels

If the carrier cannot find anyone at the address, the parcel is held at the branch. For orders that come back to us at the end of the holding period, we either refund the order amount or contact you and send it again.

Personalised print orders

Orders placed by uploading your own image on the product page add 2 business days to the preparation time. Before printing we place the image on the product and send it for your approval via WhatsApp or e-mail; the time we wait for your approval is not included in that period. If the image is not suitable for printing (low resolution, copyrighted or unlawful content) we contact you; if no solution is found, the order is cancelled and refunded. Personalised printed items are excluded from the right of withdrawal; see our refund policy for details.
