RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
How to use the right of withdrawal
- Fill in the form below and send it to info@lamuahome.com. You may also send it to our KEP address or to the postal address above.
- It is enough for the withdrawal notice to be sent within the 14-day period.
- We confirm by e-mail that we have received your notice.
- Send the product back to us with its box and any accessories within ten days of your notice.
Return and refund
Within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, all payments collected, including the product price and delivery costs, are refunded in a way that matches your payment method. When the return shipment is made with the contracted carrier stated on our order page, the return cost is ours; if a different carrier is chosen, the extra cost belongs to the consumer.
Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be used
- Products prepared to the consumer's requests or personal needs, made to personal specifications.
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene.
- Products which, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated.

You may bring complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade for the relevant year, before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place where you bought the goods or services or at your place of residence.
