ARTICLE 2 — Buyer information

The name, delivery and invoice address, phone and e-mail declared during the order form the BUYER side of the contract and appear in the order confirmation e-mail.

ARTICLE 3 — Subject of the contract

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through lamuahome.com.

ARTICLE 4 — Essential characteristics of the goods and payment details

The type, quantity, colour, size and sale price of the product together with the shipping cost appear in the BUYER's order summary and in the order confirmation e-mail; this information is an inseparable part of the contract. All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Payment is made with the methods offered in the store (credit card and/or bank transfer/EFT). With bank transfer/EFT the order is processed once the amount reaches the SELLER's account.

ARTICLE 5 — Validity of prices and commitments

The prices and terms stated in the order summary are valid at the time of the order. Campaign prices are limited to the campaign period.

ARTICLE 6 — Delivery

The product is handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and is in every case delivered to the address given by the BUYER within 30 days of the order date at the latest. Shipping costs and times are explained in the Shipping and Delivery policy. If the parcel is damaged on delivery, having the courier draw up a damage report is important for protecting the BUYER's rights.

ARTICLE 7 — Right of withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice is sent to info@lamuahome.com or to +90 541 400 83 56. The product is sent to the SELLER within 10 days of the notice, with its original packaging, labels and invoice. Once the product reaches the SELLER, the price is refunded within 14 days at the latest using the payment method originally used. The cost of a return shipment made with the contracted carrier belongs to the SELLER.

ARTICLE 8 — Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products made to personal specifications or personalised at the BUYER's request, products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, washed or used textile products, and in the other cases listed in article 15 of the Regulation.

ARTICLE 9 — Complaints and remedies

The BUYER first sends a complaint about a product or service to info@lamuahome.com; the SELLER undertakes to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. In the case of a defective product the BUYER may request replacement, a refund or repair.

ARTICLE 10 — Competent court

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the BUYER's place of residence is competent within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above that limit.

ARTICLE 11 — Other provisions and entry into force

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood this pre-information form and distance sales agreement and that, by confirming the order, they accept all its terms. Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law no. 6698 (KVKK) as described in the Privacy Policy. In the case of stock running out or force majeure, the SELLER informs the BUYER, cancels the order and refunds the amount collected within 14 days. The contract enters into force with the order confirmation and a copy is sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
