This form has been prepared under article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before you confirm your order.
1. Products covered by the contract
The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive price and shipping cost of the products in your order summary are shown in the cart and on the payment screen before the payment step. Product prices include 10% VAT.
2. Payment and delivery
Payment is made with the payment methods defined in the store. Delivery is carried out by handing the order to the contracted carrier on the business days following confirmation of the order and the payment. The statutory delivery period is at most 30 days. For deliveries inside Türkiye the shipping cost belongs to the SELLER; no shipping fee is collected from the BUYER. For international shipments the shipping cost is shown separately in the order summary and is payable by the BUYER.
3. Right of withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice can be sent to the e-mail or KEP address above. When the right of withdrawal is used, the product must be returned complete and unused, with its box and all accessories. The refund is paid to the BUYER within 14 days of the notice reaching us.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared to the BUYER's personal specifications (printed name/date, custom-size cutting) and for products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene.
5. Complaints and disputes
The BUYER may bring complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place of purchase or of the BUYER's residence.
