How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders inside Türkiye — there is no minimum, we charge no shipping fee whatever your cart total. International shipping is 969.00 TRY.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days inside Türkiye and 7–21 business days abroad. Preparation can take longer on public holidays and during busy campaign periods.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is e-mailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can follow your shipment through the tracking link.
Do I have a right of return, and how long do I have?
Yes. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. You may also withdraw before the order reaches you.
Who pays the return shipping?
If you send it with our contracted carrier, we cover the return shipping. For faulty, defective or incorrect items all costs are ours.
When will I get my money back?
The refund is made within 14 days after the product reaches us.
What are the products made of?
The placemats, table runners, cushion covers and coasters in our serving textile collection are made of 100% polyester fabric.
How should I wash the products?
Machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate programme with similar colours. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry; dry in the shade. Iron inside out at low temperature (max. 110 °C). Do not dry clean.
