Behaviour analytics and session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to improve the usability of our site. Clarity records interaction data from your navigation of our pages (mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth and the rendered page content) and builds heatmaps and session replays from it. These recordings are not video; they are a reconstruction of the page content and the actions taken.
Clarity masks sensitive content (including text typed into form fields) by default; the payment step runs on a separate domain and is not recorded. The data collected is processed by Microsoft, and session recordings are kept for 30 days from the recording date, heatmaps for up to 9 months.
This cookie and recording run only if you accept the analytics consent in our cookie notice. If you do not consent, Clarity is not loaded. You can change your consent later from the cookie preferences link. For details on how Microsoft processes this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
