At LaMua Home we handle requests to delete your personal data.
How to request deletion of your data
- Send your request by email to info@lamuahome.com.
- Write "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- Include the email address registered to your account and your order number, if any.
Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified of the result by email.
Data received via Facebook / Instagram
You can use the same route to request deletion of data we hold in connection with your Facebook or Instagram account. On request, this data is removed from our systems and advertising tools.
Records subject to a legal retention obligation (e.g. invoice details) are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation and deleted at the end of that period.
